SAM UK is an asset manager that provides investment management solutions to end retail clients and global institutions, both directly and on a delegated basis via other investment managers. Sustainability risks and opportunities – including climate-related risks, may affect the ability to deliver long-term value to these and other stakeholders. Therefore, both the Santander Group and Santander Asset Management have a framework of action for the management of environmental, social and governance risks and broader sustainability considerations.
This Sustainability Entity Report presents SAM UK’s entity level disclosures in line with the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and Sustainability Disclosure Requirements
(“SDR”).
This is the third year SAM UK has published TCFD entity-level disclosures and the first year of publishing SDR entity-level disclosures.
